Club policies
Refund policy
Refund terms depend on the program and how far ahead of the start date you cancel. If your plans change, contact the club as early as you can and we will talk you through the options for that program.
SafeSport & athlete safety
Athlete safety comes before everything else at Elevate. Coaches are screened and trained to recognized safeguarding standards before they work with athletes. Any concern about an athlete's wellbeing is treated seriously and acted on — raise it with the club directly and it will be escalated appropriately.
Photo & video consent
Elevate may photograph or film athletes during camps, practices and tournaments for club promotion. Families may decline photo and video use during registration at no penalty to the athlete.
Privacy & athlete data
We collect only what is needed to place an athlete safely on a court: name, date of birth, program, guardian contact and an emergency contact. Medical notes are limited to what a coach must know in an emergency and are visible only to club staff. We do not sell or share athlete data. Payments are handled by Stripe — the club never sees or stores card details.
