  • How do I register my athlete?

Choose the program from the Programs or Camps page and select Register & Pay. You will enter athlete details, parent or guardian contact information, an emergency contact, and accept the club waiver before payment.

    Registration

  • What age division should my athlete register for?

Age divisions are named by the age an athlete will be at the end of the season — a 15U athlete is under 15. If your athlete is close to a cut-off, or you think they should play up an age group, contact the club and we will place them correctly.

    Registration

  • What happens if a program is full?

Full programs show a Join waitlist option instead of Register. Waitlisted athletes are contacted in order if a place opens. Being on a waitlist does not charge you anything.

    Registration

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and accept major credit and debit cards. The club never sees or stores your card details.

    Payments & refunds

  • Can I pay in installments?

Club season fees are the larger commitment, and we would rather work out a schedule than lose an athlete over timing. Contact the club to discuss what is possible for your family.

    Payments & refunds

  • What is your refund policy?

Refund terms depend on the program and how far ahead of the start date you cancel. Contact the club as early as you can and we will talk you through the options for that program. See the Policies page.

    Payments & refunds

  • Is financial assistance available?

Cost should not be the reason an athlete cannot play. If fees are a barrier, contact the club directly — ask before you decide not to register.

    Payments & refunds

  • When is my registration confirmed?

Your place is confirmed once payment is verified — usually within a few seconds. You will receive an emailed receipt and a confirmation on screen. If payment does not complete, the registration is not held.

  • How are teams selected?

Athletes are evaluated at tryouts on technical skill, movement, and how they compete and communicate. Coaches place athletes on the team where they will develop fastest, which is not always the oldest or highest group. Families are notified after the evaluation window closes.

    Teams & placement

  • What is the time commitment for a club team?

Club volleyball is a real commitment: regular weekly practices plus tournament weekends through the season, some involving travel. Exact practice days and the tournament calendar vary by team — contact the club for the schedule of the team you are considering before you commit.

    Teams & placement

  • What should my athlete bring to camp?

Court shoes, knee pads and a full water bottle. Athletes should arrive changed and ready to warm up at the session start time.

    Camps & training

  • Can my athlete attend a single camp session?

Camps are built as a block, so athletes get the benefit of progression across sessions. If you have a clash with one or two dates, contact the club before registering and we will let you know what is possible.

    Camps & training

  • How will I know if a session is cancelled?

Cancellations are posted to the Schedules page and shown in the alert banner at the top of every page. Check there first if the weather looks doubtful or you are unsure whether a session is running.

    Schedules

  • Can I add the schedule to my calendar?

Yes. Every event on the Schedules page has an Add to calendar button, and you can download the full filtered schedule as a calendar file that works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook.

    Schedules

  • Are coaches background checked?

Yes. Coaches are screened and complete safeguarding training before they work with athletes, and this is a condition of coaching at Elevate rather than a one-off check.

    Safety & SafeSport

  • How do I report a concern about athlete safety?

Raise it with the club immediately — use the contact form and choose the SafeSport topic, or speak to the club director in person. Concerns about an athlete's wellbeing are acted on, not managed quietly. If you would rather not go through the club at all, you are entitled to report directly to the relevant external safeguarding authority.

    Safety & SafeSport

  • What medical information do you collect, and who sees it?

Only what a coach needs to keep an athlete safe during training — allergies, conditions and medications relevant in an emergency. It is visible only to club staff and is never shared or sold.

    Safety & SafeSport

  • Where are SEC and CRRC, and where do I park?

The club runs out of two buildings: the Southeast Event Centre (SEC) in Steinbach and the Community Resource and Recreation Centre (CRRC) in Niverville. Your schedule says which one to go to, and the Contact page has a map link for each. Allow a few extra minutes on a first visit to find the right entrance.

    General

  • How do I contact the club?

Use the contact form and choose the topic that matches your question — it routes to the right person. Email and phone are also on the Contact page.
